1. Please make your reservation through Pocket Concierge.
  2. My restaurant is a Japanese restaurant, but what makes it different from other restaurants is that we use rare ingredients from the Kii Peninsula that are not easily available in urban areas (such as Tokyo or Osaka), and even locals may not know about them.
  3. Unfortunately, the staff at my store cannot speak any foreign languages. Please note that we cannot assist customers who cannot speak a foreign language properly even if they contact us by phone, so please contact us by email or Pocket Concierge.
  4. If you come to our restaurant without knowing the language, you will probably not be able to understand most of the dishes. Japanese cuisine is not just about sashimi, sushi, and tempura, which are familiar to foreigners. To help you understand this, we provide an interpreter service at our restaurant.
  5. The interpreter service requires prior reservation. While a normal interpreter would cost several tens of thousands of yen per hour, our interpreter service will cover the duration of one meal (2-3 hours) for just 10,000 yen. Because the menu is communicated in advance, they will correctly interpret special culinary terms and local dishes that cannot be translated by machine translations. They will also display ingredients on a tablet.Customers who have used our service have received satisfaction that exceeds their expectations.
  6. The difference in course prices is due to the ingredients used, the number of dishes, or the level of difficulty of cooking. The amount eaten by someone in their 30s and someone in their 70s is bound to be different. Even people in their 30s will eat different amounts. There may be foods you don't like or allergies. If you consult us about such things, we can accommodate you. That is Seizen Mukuan.
